- Vipin is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India and also has an MBA in Finance.

- Prior to co-founding Advay, she was an investment banker with Veda Corporate Advisors and earlier with Deloitte in its Audit Practice.
- Kavya is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed all three levels of the CFA program.
